    Let Cocoon arrange a Gas Safe engineer to provide a gas safety certificate for your property. This is an annual legal requirement.
  • EPC – Legal Requirement
    Ask Cocoon to arrange an Energy Performance Certificate, which is a legal requirement in order to market your property.
  • Portable Appliance Test (PAT)
    Ensure the electrical appliances in your property are safe for your tenant by requesting a PAT
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
    Ensure all electrical circuits and appliances in your property are safe for your tenant to use and request an Electrical Installation Report.
