After graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies, and an MA in HR, Edward spent 3 years working in HR for a global car manufacturer covering the UK and Ireland. Edward moved on to work for a leading London estate agent, and subsequently a Property Development firm, before becoming fully ARLA accredited in 2012. At the end of 2012, after much meticulous planning, Cocoon was born.
Faye Wildey Director

Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years, Faye has acquired a wealth of property knowledge from both a front of office and back office perspective. Whilst managing and dealing with complex accounts for Cocoon Faye is working towards her ACCA qualification for chartered accountants. Outside work Faye has an eclectic taste in films and is a regular cinema goer, as well as a fund raiser for the Rainbow Trust charity.
Fergus Lawrie Trainee Property Negotiator
After completing A levels in History And Theatre studies, Fergus enjoyed a short time travelling in Nepal, as well as some time in Scotland working in the Hospitality Industry. Fergus wanted to combine the customer service skills he had gained in his previous roles, with his strong interest in the property industry. At the end of 2016 Cocoon were happy to welcome Fergus into the company as an Apprentice Property Negotiator, having lived in Kingston his entire life Fergus has extensive local area knowledge and is ready for the challenge

Joanna began her career at Cocoon as a Lettings Negotiator in 2012 before leaving in 2015 to travel the world. On her return Cocoon were delighted to have Joanna back to run the new Wimbledon territory as Branch Manager. Living and now working in Wimbledon enables Joanna to get under the skin of the local market on behalf of our clients, and deliver on our mantra of 'local service, without the High Street cost'.
