After graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies, and an MA in HR, Edward spent 3 years working in HR for a global car manufacturer covering the UK and Ireland. Edward moved on to work for a leading London estate agent, and subsequently a Property Development firm, before becoming fully ARLA accredited in 2012. At the end of 2012, after much meticulous planning, Cocoon was born.
Having completed her apprenticeship with Cocoon, Cortni progressed from positions in both property management and front office to become our Branch Manager for London territories. with a family background within the the property industry, an intimate knowledge of the local area, and her previous experience, Cortni is well equipped to meet the high customer service expectations our clients expect.
Melanie has many years in a legal and financial background. She uses her experience in those professions in the Property Management of a vast portfolio of residential and commercial properties for some of our landlords. As Branch Manager for Haslemere, Melanie will be dealing with all aspects of Sales and Lettings drawing on her extensive property experience. Having lived in Haslemere for over 12 years, and in Surrey all her life, Melanie is extremely knowledgeable on the area and is a proactive member of the community and a great source of information on all local matters from events, clubs, schooling and redevelopments in Haslemere.
After completing A levels in History And Theatre studies, Fergus enjoyed a short time travelling in Nepal, as well as some time in Scotland working in the Hospitality Industry. With a strong interest in the property industry Fergus completed his apprenticeship with Cocoon and now operates within our Surrey territories. Having lived his entire life in Surrey, Fergus has extensive local area knowledge and is ready for the challenge!
After completing a BTECH in performing arts Rianna went to work in the hospitably industry in a front of house position. Subsequently she went on to work for Nuffield Health at their head office in Epsom, and then on to a front line role at a local Nuffield health club in Surbiton. Having always loved America she took the opportunity to work and travel in Vermont for 4 months in the Summer of 2017 teaching children how to care for and ride horses. On her return Rianna wanted to enter the property industry and play to her strengths in a customer facing role. Outside of work Rianna shares a horse named ‘Breeze’.
After completing the ACCA qualification and working in the property industry for over 10 years, Tina has moved to the position of Lettings Accountant with Cocoon, but has good lettings experience in both front and back office roles. Tina enjoys travelling and learning about other countries culture and history.
After studying at London University, Debs enjoyed a career in marketing, largely in the commercial property and professional services sectors. Since leaving London and settling back in Surrey with a young family, Debs is an active member of the Haslemere community and is a huge fan of the outdoor benefits of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
